Apple's latest flagship will satisfy even the most demanding users - if you're looking for the best phone on the market. The new 14 series iPhones not only have a new look and better functions than previous models. It's much more! The new Apple family consists of four models: iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus as well as iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This time, Apple decided to go the other way: instead of introducing a mini version, a "plus" version appeared.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus - specs and prices

The new pair of iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have very similar specs. Both have one Super Retina XDR display, an A15 Bionic processor (the same one found in the iPhone 13 Pro), two cameras (main 12 MP and ultra wide angle 12 MP) and 128/256/512 GB of internal storage . They mainly differ in size. The screen of the iPhone 14 measures 6.1 inches and has a resolution of 2532 by 1170 pixels (at 460 pixels per inch). The screen of the iPhone 14 Plus has a size of 6.7 inches and a resolution of 2778 by 1284 pixels (at 458 pixels per inch).

The displays implemented in the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have built-in OLED technology, which ensures perfect contrast and color reproduction . The picture itself is very vivid and realistic. The manufacturer also ensures that looking at the screen is less tiring for the eyes - thanks to the True Tone function, which adjusts the color temperature to the lighting. The front camera has autofocus and a wider aperture. This way, you can take close-ups without loss of quality and with color-saturated group photos.

Among the advantages of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, it is also worth highlighting:

The second pair of iPhones also differ in screen size: iPhone 14 Pro between 6.1 inches (2556 by 1179 pixels by 460 pixels per inch) and iPhone 14 Pro Max 6.7 inches (2796 by 1290 pixels by 460 pixels per inch). The Super Retina XDR display and the innovative 48 MP camera, the top A16 Bionic smartphone chip - the flagships of the Pro series will have no equal.

What definitely makes the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max stand out was called Dynamic Island. As the producer himself writes: "it is the quintessence of Apple - a completely innovative combination of hardware and software". The smoothly stretching black bar hides the lens of the front camera and is also where you interact with your notifications, alerts and actions. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max phones also feature a highly durable Ceramic Shield layer with an IP68 waterproof rating (splash, water, and dust resistant). They were made of surgical grade stainless steel. Apple also worked on a display that dims when the screen is locked. So you don't have to tap the display to see if notifications have arrived. However, when you place the phone face down or put it in your pocket, the display goes completely dark.
